Shipping policy

- All items that are not "Original" paintings are manufactured by a third party distributor. This means that when you purchase prints, decor, apparel, and collectibles ReignGrey Art does not create or ship these items. The order is placed via ReignGreyArt.com and is then automatically sent to our distributor who handles production and shipment of your purchase. 

- The cost of shipping your item to you is also set by our third party distributor based on what you order, how many items are within the order, the weight of the order and your location of shipping.

- Original artwork is packaged and shipped by me via UPS. The cost of shipping is based upon the same factors as our third party distributor. Once the item is scanned you will receive your tracking information via the email address provided when you placed your order.
