- ReignGrey Art is not responsible for any damages to any items that are shipped to you. If your item is damaged please read the return section to start your refund/replacement process. For originals, please email me via the contact form or at Info@ReignGreyArt.com.

- All items that are not "Original" paintings are manufactured by a third party distributor. This means that when you purchase prints, decor, apparel, and collectibles ReignGrey Art does not create or ship these items. The order is placed via ReignGreyArt.com and is then automatically sent to our distributor(s) who handle production and shipment of your purchase. 

- The cost of shipping your item to you is also set by our third party distributors based on what you order, how many items are within the order, the weight of the order and your location of shipping.

- Your work is made to order so when your order is complete expect your item to be delivered within 5-7 business days. However, for some items, production may take 2-9 business days prior to the shipment and thus must be taken to account when placing your order. This means that once you place your order, you may need to wait 2-9 business days for the item to be made and then after that time frame your item will be shipped. Please remember these items are custom and made to order at the time of order therefore they will need to be made before shipping. These items are not stocked in a warehouse waiting to shipped.

- Original artwork is packaged and shipped by me via UPS or USPS. It is packaged well enough to protect your item from tear or puncture. The cost of shipping is based upon the same factors as our third party distributors. Once the item is scanned you will receive your tracking information via the email address provided when you placed your order.
