     There are NO returns/refunds on Original paintings/artwork on RGA. 

Returns

 Prints, Collectibles, Merchandise:

   While the image is owned by ReignGrey Art, the items are produced, processed and shipped by our third party distributor(s). These items include but are not limited to: canvas prints, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, throw pillows, etc. Although your purchase is made on ReignGreyArt.com, the order is forwarded to our distributor(s) who then do the actions listed above. Should you need to return and refund your item, please read the following guidelines carefully as not doing so will result in you possibly not receiving a refund. Because ReignGrey Art utilizes more than one distributor, some items may have a different return policy than others. ReignGrey Art is not responsible for return shipping or reshipment and will not cover or refund these fees. ReignGrey Art also will not process any reshipment until you - the customer - covers the cost of your item to be shipped to you again. Please understand that these items are custom and made to order fo you, therefore there are very strict deadlines and policies in place for refunds and returns.  

 Returning merchandise that is NOT damaged: 

(Canvas Prints, Mugs, Totes, Pillows)

    - Email via the contact form on ReignGreyArt.com or directly at Info@ReignGreyArt.com within 1-3 days. Again, you have a short window to complete the process to receive a refund so please email immediately to avoid any timeframe issues.

    - Subject line should say "[item type (ex; canvas print)] Return"

    - In the body please include your item number and the reason for return. 

    - This information will be forwarded to the distributor who will send ReignGrey Art your return shipping label that will be forwarded to you via the email address you provided.

   - It is then up to you to send the item back BEFORE the 25 consecutive days in order for the distributor to return the funds to ReignGrey Art (point of purchase) which will then be refunded back to you.

    - If you do not ship the item(s) back within the allotted timeframe; ReignGrey Art is NOT responsible for your loss on a refund and will not cover those costs. 

    - Refunds are available IF the item is RETURNED to the company WITHIN 25 consecutive days of the ORDER date. ReignGrey Art does NOT cover the return shipping cost. This distributor will only cover the return shipping IF the item received is damaged or defective. 

Returning merchandise that IS damaged: 

(Canvas Prints, Mugs, Totes, Pillows)

  - Email via the contact form on ReignGreyArt.com or directly at Info@ReignGreyArt.com within 1-3 days. Again, you have a short window to complete the process to receive a refund so please email immediately to avoid any timeframe issues. 

    - Subject line should say "[item type (ex; canvas print)] Damage Return"

    - In the body please include your item number and the reason for return and PICTURES of the damage/defect of the item.

    - This information will be forwarded to the distributor who will send ReignGrey Art your return shipping label that will be forwarded to you via the email address you provided.

   - It is then up to you to send the item back BEFORE the 25 consecutive days in order for the distributor to return the funds to ReignGrey Art which will then be refunded back to you.

    - If you do not ship the item(s) back within the allotted timeframe; ReignGrey Art is NOT responsible for your loss on a refund and will not cover those costs. 

    - Refunds are available IF the item is RETURNED to the company WITHIN 25 consecutive days of the ORDER date. ReignGrey Art does NOT cover the return shipping cost. This distributor will only cover the return shipping IF the item received is damaged or defective. 

NOTE: Depending on the damage/defect, this distributor MAY not require you to send the item back so please take very good pictures of the damage. If this distributor says you do NOT need to return the item you will have to do the following to receive your refund:

  • Destroy the item(s).
  • Take pictures after you destroy it (NOTE: Do this AFTER you have been informed you DON'T need to return the item(s)).
  • Send the pictures to ReignGrey Art along with your order information so they can be forwarded to the distributor.

The distributor will issue the refund and the shipping for damaged and defective merchandise. The refund will be released to ReignGrey Art (point of purchase) and then ReignGrey Art will forward the return funds to you.

DO NOT DESTROY ANY ITEM(S) UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO VIA EMAIL.

DO NOT THROW AWAY THE DESTROYED ITEM(S) UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.

Returning merchandise tumblers: 

To submit your claim please email via the contact form or Info@ReignGreyArt.com.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. When you receive your package, there is a default return address within. Do NOT return any items to the address without contacting ReignGrey Art first. The address provided is the return address to the distributor however all items sent back are automatically destroyed thus returning the item prior to contacting ReignGreyArt may result in you not receiving a refund from the distributor.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be destroyed. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we (the distributor) have confirmed an updated address with you via ReignGrey Art.

Lost in the Mail - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any order that's lost in transit is eligible for a reshipment or refund at the distributor's cost. Prior to this, you will need to confirm with ReignGrey Art that the shipping address was correct as well as double checking with the courier to try and find your package.  If tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, the distributor won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Unclaimed/Undelivered - Shipments that go unclaimed are destroyed and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Damaged upon Delivery - If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods via the contact form or Info@ReignGreyArt.com. The replacement will be sent at no cost to you.

All tumblers are FINAL SALE unless the item is damaged.

*Please note: due to the impact of COVID on manufacturers and USPS (as well as some other delivery/mailing services) your item may take longer than expected to produce, process, ship and deliver. Please keep in mind that each item - except for original paintings - is made to order thus there is no sitting inventory in my possession.
